Instant Reboots
Should your server stop responding you can instantly reboot it remotely via your control panel (selected plans), or failing that our engineers guarantee to reboot your server within 30 minutes of receiving your request.

99.9% Connectivity Guarantee
Should network downtime occur we will credit you the value of one days service for every hour that your server is without connectivity.

Bandwidth Guarantee
We choose our connectivity partners carefully and can guarantee that we will always have enough bandwidth available to service all our customers running at their full capacity.
And unlike some providers our bandwidth quotas are exactly what they say they are; we don’t divide your quota between upstream and downstream traffic and we don’t enforce a sneaky policies that restrict legitimate traffic.

No Contract Lock-ins
Because life can’t always be planned 12 months in advance all Midphase servers have no contract lock-ins and no ties. Instead, our servers are available monthly, quarterly or annually; simply choose the payment term that suits you best.
Longer payment terms require less admin; so quarterly and annual terms are discounted, this is usually by around 5-10%.

Price Freeze
Providing certainty in uncertain times, we will not increase the price you pay during the term of your contract even if our price to new customers changes.

Hardware Replacement Guarantee
We always keep ample stock of replacement parts on site, and should any component fail our engineers will promptly and free of charge replace it with an equal or better performance part.

Security Updates
For customers with Essential Management we will promptly respond to known security threats, applying the appropriate patch and taking other action as required.
* Should we fail to meet our SLA any compensation will be limited to the total monthly fees paid. Midphase will refund no more than your monthly service fee.
