They did a server Migration that has…

They did a server Migration that has blown up. It has been almost 2 weeks since they start this and I see no end in sight. The mail number of (801) 666-3139 rings once then disconnects. I have been using (801) 666-3138 the parent company and even that doesn't work anymore. I do not have ANY emails that work at present and cannot get on the server to even move my accounts elsewhere.

This company its creating a caos in all…

This company its creating a chaos in all the customers. A lot of issues with email, websites and no one answer on tech support. They use to be a great company but this last week they are killing all of us as small business. Now im facing the rage of my customers and some of them are planning to sue me for interrupt the service they already pay me ( and I already pay in advance to Midphase ) What a sad situation for me....

Fool me once...

We've been a Shared Hosting customer for over 10 years. We aren't running email, literally just a website. We are now in DAY 5 of an outage. It took more than TWO DAYS to even get a reply to the ticket I submitted. When they did reply they said "Rest assured, our team is diligently working to ensure a smooth transition of your data." They then closed the ticket, and now on DAY FIVE I had to resubmit the ticket because they've turned off live chat. I'm kicking myself for not quitting Midphase after we had a week long outage in October of 2022.

Chat Support a 5 Star

I really appreciated Owen R's. support. I had been waiting on an open ticket support for over 24 hours with no response from Midphase. When reaching back out to chat support for a status on the open ticket, Owen resolved the Server 500 error that had me at a stand still.

I rarely need them, but when I do ...

Once again, I hit a snag that I couldn't fix myself and reached out to my heroes at Midphase tech support. And once again, Benjamine fixed my problem and I was back in business. When I think of the painstaking time it takes to get something like this done with GoDaddy, A2, or some of the others my clients use, I'm reminded why I continue to be a loyal customer of Midphase since 2002!!!!!

Hosting plan switch wasn't completed…

Hosting plan switch wasn't completed properly, resulting in all my web sites going away.
Contacting chat support, took 1 1/2 hours to get a response.
Once support started responding though, the problems were quickly addressed and I'm entirely satisfied.
Knocked off a star for the company, not the final support tech, for the earlier trouble.

Happy with Midphase since 2009

I have been a Midphase customer since 2009. I took a cue from my graphic design professor, who was a happy Midphase customer for years. I could say the same -- happy customer for years. The reason I'm leaving this testimonial is because someone from Midphase customer support recommended I change the plan on my original website. Midphase had restructured its plans and it made more sense for me to switch to something else that cost less money and included more features. Customer support here is typically prompt, courteous and professional. This goes above and beyond. Kudos, Midphase. And thank you.

Worst Hosting Company Ever

This is the worst hosting company you could ever encounter. My website has been down for months and no one ever responds to my inquiries. I contacted them on April 9, 2023, spent an hour and a half in the que and then spent an hour with some idiot who finally admitted that he could not help me and said that he would refer me to a Senior Tech person. When asked when I would receive a response, the idiot got very vague and just said soon. It is now April 16 and still no response, their chat system is now offline and there is no phone system available. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. All the have to offer is headaches.

Well, I got your attention by giving you a bad review on Trustpilot. So you asked me to contact you at the above email so this can be resolved. However, I already sent you message yesterday to the email listed and you did not bother to answer that communications either - just like all the other email I have sent to you. So don’t tell me you are sorry for the problem, because you are obviously not.

What are you going to do to fix my website? Your chat system has not functioned for the last five days. When are you going to put a senior tech onto the case? Maybe you could assign this to someone who will actually read the notes so I do not have to start all over explaining how incompetent you are.

Let me make something very clear; if I do not receive a response, I will begin to escalate my comments on multiple platforms and I will do everything I can to expose your company for you non-existent service. I have been with you for many years and I guess that means nothing to you. Remember, it takes ten times as much effort and expense to get a new customer as it does to keep an old one.

The new 2 stage authentication is ill thought

All my sites are down. I am locked out of my account. IP access to cpanel is blocked because the new 2 stage authentication relies on cookies that get removed when cache is cleared .

The support team is great but the authentication has proven buggy and it is a poor design. A good design would force an alternate email backup address to avoid problems like mine. I can't call, phones are down, I can't chat because I can't authenticate.

I'm ready to end a 15 year relationship with midrange

Helping a non-techie download a WP site - 5 Stars

Earlier tonight I requested help downloading a WP blog site sanjosefirst.com In the middle of the set up I was disconnected from your chat room. I re-started and Ambit B walked me through the rest of the process. He provided guidance, shared screen shots and made sure all was good. He's the person I would like the next time I need support. A glitch in the system fixed asap.

Special thanks to Danar - A glitch in the system caused a minor problem with my renewed SSL security implementation which was quickly fixed by Midphase - as I have always found in the past. That past being a whole decade of experience with Midphase as web host for my online business. I am based in Australia so it is nice to know their experts are available 24/7. Midphase' new hosting plans are unbeatable, by the way.

Owen R was the 3rd tech I spoke to this…

Owen R was the 3rd tech I spoke to this weekend and he was the only person to solve my issue with a simple MX record entry that the other 2 techs did not do or did not know.
Your techs were helpful but it seems that some more training is required.
Also your website and all the tutorials keep saying that you 'must' use the zone editor to add MX records, yet all your techs and in reality the zone editor entries seem to not be needed at all.
Full credit to Owen R for their knowledge and professionalism.

I was having trouble with a PHP…

I was having trouble with a PHP upgrade. I had several tickets opened and closed. Ryan A stuck with me and really helped by showing me how I could toggle versions back and forth. I put echo statements in my code and tracked down where the error was. The toggling saved me a lot of time and allowed Ryan to assist other customers.

Ryan's support over the last few days was great. Before retiring, I was a team lead for a 3rd level support group. Ryan can be on my team anytime (Wingman !!!).

My Midphase chat with Daniel.

I am age 86 years. This means that I am not an Information Tech genius. I have had a blog with midphase for over ten (10) years now and after all this time, yesterday, for the very first time I had to contact midphase to get assistance make my blog secure (https). Yesterday I worked with Ryan for an hour. Today I worked Daniel for well over one hour. I may be age 86 but I well know excellence when I experience excellent. Both Ryan yesterday and Daniel today were beyond the beyond for being patient and totally professional. Each should be promoted to Sainthood!! Thanks guys. From your Ally Cap Chastain..

Login Error Solved!

Samson O was terrific. I was having trouble logging into the members only area of my association's website (so members couldn't get in either). He quickly assessed the problem and solved it for me with an interim fix, and then advised how to instruct my web admin to make further updates to ensure we don't have the issue again.

Hes one of best knowledgeable…

Hes one of best knowledgeable Technician. I have hard time with other technician, but he understands the problem and fix it and go way beyond to help. for 3 days I have no clue what to do while I was other tech and they don't understand the problem Thank you so much Amit I really appreciated for all your help

A photographer saved by IT

Very professional, I had an issue sending emails and accessing the back end of my website. I was up and running in a short time. I always contact the support chat and have never had an issue getting my website back up to speed. 10/10 recommend.
