Here you will be asked for your billing username and password. Your billing username is a set of numbers, usually about 6 or more digits.

The billing and support manager allows you to manage all aspects of your account except for the hosting. Here you can manage your billing and payment information, check the services on your account, and follow any of your support tickets.
