QUICK METHOD: You can find the correct settings for your email addresses in your cPanel > Mail Accounts > More button > Configure Email Client
The basic settings and set up instructions for our cPanel accounts are listed below:
Generic Settings:
NOTE: These are the generic and default settings for your account. You will need to modify the settings below to match the domain for your account. These settings will only work if your domain is pointing to midPhase correctly.
Protocol: POP3
Server/Hostname/Address: mail.yourdomain.com Username: you@yourdomain.com Password: Your Password (Can be reset in cPanel > Mail Accounts) Incoming Port: 110 Outgoing Port: 2626 Outgoing Server Requires Authentication SSL: Disabled
Protocol: POP3 with SSL
Server/Hostname/Address: mail.yourdomain.com Username: you@yourdomain.com Password: Your Password (Can be reset in cPanel > Mail Accounts) Incoming Port: 995 Outgoing Port: 465 Outgoing Server Requires Authentication SSL: Enabled
Protocol: IMAP
Server/Hostname/Address: mail.yourdomain.com Username: you@yourdomain.com Password: Your Password (Can be reset in cPanel > Mail Accounts) Incoming Port: 143 Outgoing Port: 2626 Outgoing Server Requires Authentication SSL: Disabled
