Midphase is updating the server hostnames on our servers to standardize our hosting platform.

Here is some important information you need to be aware of:

• Changing the server hostname address will not cause any server downtime for websites.
• If you are using the server's hostname in your email client, or FTP client, to access cPanel, or using the server's shared SSL, you will want to update those applications to use the new hostname.

Once the change is made, please update the previous server hostname with the updated server hostname. If you need assistance, we have some helpful knowledge-base articles below.
