NOTE: These are the generic and default settings for your account. You will need to modify the settings below to match the domain for your account. These settings will only work if your domain is pointing to Midphase nameservers correctly (ns14.midphase.com, ns15.midphase.com, ns16.midphase.com) and your email is for the primary account on your shared web hosting, or you have registered a domain with Midphase.

**Please note that IMAP has to be enabled for your email account on the server itself before it can be used. IMAP is included with most hosting packages and Premium Email Services. To enable this or to confirm if your package qualifies, please submit a ticket.
*Some mobile providers require different SMTP settings. If you are setting up your device and having any trouble using the above settings, your Mobile Service Provider or phone manufacturer may require different settings to use email on your Mobile device. *
