What Is A Mail Forwarder

A mail forwarder allows you to specify a certain email address that will receive a message when sent to another email address, the message is sent to the original email address and is then forwarded to the other email addresses specified.

To clarify, if you have the email address created as a mailbox and a forwarder, it will deliver it to the mailbox and forward it. This can sometimes present problems with bounce back emails if the mailbox becomes full. If you only have the email address forwarded and not created as an email account, it will only be forwarded and not delivered to the server locally.

Forwarding a lot of email can sometimes cause problems with it being blocked. Most email providers provide a way to make a remote pop connection so you can download the emails off our server to somewhere else like Gmail.
