What Is IMAP

IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) is a mail protocol that syncs a person's mail program with the corresponding account on a specific mail server. This is a newer protocol than POP and is generally recommended for use over POP. Note: Our Windows servers do not currently provide support for IMAP.
