How To Renew A Service Or Pay An Invoice In CHI

Follow this step-by-step guide to renewing a service in CHI:

Log into https://chi.midphase.com with your username (usually your email address) and password. If you do not know the password, click the forgot password link.

Navigate to the "ACCOUNT SERVICES" TAB at the top of the screen.

Select the service you intend to renew.

Navigate to the colored Renewal button and select "RENEW NOW" from the drop down menu.

Proceed through the checkout to renew the service.
