How To View All Tickets


CHI keeps a record of all of your tickets. This article will show you how to view all of your Midphase tickets within the Control Panel.

Step 1: You can view all of your tickets from inside CHI at chi.midphase.com. Once you have logged into CHI, go to the ‘Support’ tab on the left.


Step 2: From this page, click on ‘View All Tickets’. This will show you a list of all of your tickets. The list will be on the left.


Step 3: You can select tickets you want to view or reply to from here.


To reopen any ticket, you can just send us a reply. If you need to contact us for another reason, please consider opening a new ticket.
