Step One:
Once the application is opened click "Tools" and then "Account Settings", as can be seen in the image below.
Step Two:
Next click "Account Actions" and the "Add Mail Account".
Step Three:
You will now be prompted to enter "Your full name", "Email address" and "Password". The password is the email address password that would log you into webmail. Once the information is entered click "configure manually".
Step Four:
You will then need to select your email Protocol, we would advise that you use IMAP. You will then need to enter the server details. In regard to Authentication please use Normal password.

Once the server details have been entered please select 'Re-test' and then 'Done' and this will complete the account setup.
